“Import session expired”

The uploaded ZIP’s review session lasts a couple of hours. Just re-upload the ZIP and continue.

“Permission denied”

Your user needs league-management rights: administrators always have them; other users need the League Secretary role (Pro).

TV board shows “No scores yet”

Usually a future-week placeholder sheet in the export. Re-export from your league software after scores are entered and upload again.

Signage screen shows an error or nothing

  • The device must be created on the Digital Signage page before its URL is opened, unknown keys are rejected.
  • Repeated failed attempts from one network are rate-limited for 10 minutes; fix the URL and wait briefly.
  • Check the kiosk URL was copied exactly, including the full key.

Pages look unstyled or wrong width

League pages inherit your theme’s content settings. Clear any caching plugin/host cache after changing PinPortal settings.
