“It imported, but I don’t see the weeks”

Check the league isn’t marked inactive (Manage Leagues). PinPortal warns about this at import time and offers a one-click reactivate.

Week 1 has scores but looks different

Some league software never produces a week-1 score file; PinPortal rebuilds week 1 from the standing-sheet report instead. That’s normal, week 1 may show scores without a standings snapshot.

The TV image says “No scores yet”

Your export may contain pre-printed sheets for future weeks. PinPortal drops empty future-week sheets automatically; re-export and re-upload if you still see this.

The Diagnose button

Every league in Manage Leagues has a Diagnose action showing exactly what’s stored: weeks, row counts, and season labels. It’s the fastest way to see what an import actually did, and its output is perfect to paste into a support request.
