PinPortal reads the standard data export ZIP produced by CDE Software’s BLS league software. Compatibility is verified against BLS-2022 through BLS-2026 exports, with or without Conqueror X scoring integration, including leagues with divisions and leagues where scores are entered manually.

Finding your export

BLS produces a league export ZIP, typically named like YOURLEAGUE__Data_thru_Wk_12.zip, via its league data export / internet publishing feature. Depending on your BLS version this lives under the league’s file or internet menu. The ZIP contains the weekly score files and standing-sheet reports PinPortal needs; you don’t need to open or edit it.

Tips

  • Export after the week is fully entered in BLS, so standings and handicaps are final.
  • The ZIP always contains the whole season so far: uploading it re-imports every week, which is safe and keeps everything consistent.
  • One ZIP per league. If you run six leagues, you’ll upload six ZIPs.
