PinPortal is designed so your league data stays on your WordPress site.

  • By default, nothing is sent anywhere. Imports, pages, TV images, and signage are all processed and served by your own server.
  • Fonts are self-hosted: no Google Fonts or other third-party requests on public pages.
  • AI PDF parsing (optional, Pro): only if you add your own Claude API key and tick the consent box, PDF contents are sent to Anthropic for parsing during PDF imports. ZIP imports never use it.
  • Usage analytics are opt-in: during activation you can allow or decline anonymous diagnostics (via Freemius). Declining changes nothing about how the plugin works.
  • Uninstall: by default your data is kept if you remove the plugin. A setting lets you choose complete deletion on uninstall instead.
