If you have past seasons only as printed standing-sheet PDFs, the Batch Migrate tool (a Pro feature) can rebuild them into league history.

Before you start

  • Upload the PDFs to your WordPress Media Library (you can drag in dozens at once).
  • For best parsing accuracy, add a Claude API key on the League Management dashboard. Each PDF is then parsed with AI, typically well under 1¢ per file, billed to your own Anthropic account. Without a key, the built-in parser is used; it works best with standard BLS standing-sheet layouts.

The wizard

  1. Find PDFs: pick the media-library upload date range to include.
  2. Parse: PinPortal reads each PDF’s league name, season, and week number.
  3. Review: PDFs are grouped by league and season. Expand any group (the ▸ next to the file count) to see each file’s detected week. Heed the duplicate-week warning: two PDFs resolving to the same week overwrite each other.
  4. Import: weeks import in batches with a progress bar. Source PDFs stay attached to each week so you can verify them later from the Data Integrity page.

When it finishes, use the Run a Data Integrity Scan button to confirm every week imported with complete data.
