Once a league is set up, the weekly routine is a single upload:

  1. Finish entering the week in your league software.
  2. Export the league ZIP (it now contains one more week).
  3. Upload it on League Management → Upload Scores into the same league.

PinPortal re-imports all weeks from the ZIP, existing weeks are refreshed (catching any corrections you made in the league software) and the new week is added. League pages update instantly and the latest week’s TV boards regenerate automatically, which also updates any digital signage screens within a few minutes.

If you correct a score in your league software mid-week, just export and upload again, the correction flows through everywhere.
