When a bowler asks what you store about them, or asks to be removed, use the Bowler Privacy tools at the bottom of League Management → Data Integrity (administrators only).

  1. Find Records: search the bowler’s name to see every roster and high-score row, by league.
  2. Export CSV: download everything stored about them, ready to hand over.
  3. Anonymize: permanently replaces their name with “Removed Bowler” in all historical data, and deletes their bowler profile, league links, and photo if profiles are in use. Scores still count toward team results, the placeholder is hidden from public display, and the action cannot be undone (you must retype the name to confirm).

If someone just doesn’t want to appear on the website, prefer the reversible Hidden bowlers list in the league editor instead.
